Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT outside the UAE are the customer's responsibility. Tracking information is not automatically provided, but customers may request it by contacting us.
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lilianfeld.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.
