1. Overview

This website is operated by Lilianfeld Candles Trading CO. L.L.C. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Lilianfeld Candles. By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place an order. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement or have parental/guardian consent.

3. Products

We offer reusable candle holders and compatible refill pods, all available off-the-shelf. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED and include 5% VAT. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Stripe. Full payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the UAE and GCC. Orders over AED 200 qualify for free delivery. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days in UAE, 3–5 days in GCC. Customers are responsible for customs duties and VAT outside the UAE.

6. Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Used, assembled, or damaged items will not be accepted. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

7. Product Use and Safety

All Lilianfeld products must be used in accordance with the official User & Safety Manual available on our website.

Candle Holder:

• Always ensure the protective glass ring is in place before use
• Do not use if the glass ring is missing or damaged
• Insert candle pods upright and centered for even, safe burning

Candle Pods:

• Straighten the wick before lighting
• Do not use if the wax has detached from the cup or the wick is off-center
• Do not use if wick is longer than 1 cm

During Use:

• Keep candles away from strong drafts or wind
• Never leave burning candles unattended
• Maintain at least 15 cm clearance above the flame in enclosed containers

Cleaning:

• Use a plastic scraper or sponge to remove wax residue
• Do not use hot water, which may affect adhesion of components

Lilianfeld holders are designed for exclusive use with Lilianfeld-branded refills. Use of third-party refills voids all warranty and liability.

8. Product Variation

Minor variations in colour, finish, or burn time may occur due to the nature of our products and are not considered defects.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or collect others' personal data without consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." In no case shall Lilianfeld Candles be liable for more than the purchase price of any product. We disclaim responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
